Done with the stress and pressure of being hard on yourself and not asking for help?

Let me take care of the behind-the-scenes details so you can get back in front of your audience, streamline your focus, and FINALLY breathe again!

Listen: being neurodivergent is freaking HARD, okay??

If you’re an ADHDer/neurodivergent/insert-descriptor-here, you just want to open your laptop and get started on whatever today’s task is.

But because of your ADHD, you struggle to remember what “the thing” is.
In fact, two hours goes by and you panic, thinking, “Oh my gosh WHAT was I trying to do again?!”

Do you ever just need someone to take over for you and run your business’s inbox, social media, or even your own personal calendar?

Our stories are probably very similar

In 2021, I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 26.

I was teaching music in public schools. I learned a lot about myself after that.

Yes, I’ve bought a lot of planners.
No, none of them have worked.
No, I’ve never finished one.

Fast forward to 2023: I opened my virtual assistance business (the first time).

I loved it, but I got burnt out VERY quickly.

I closed it down after just three. months.

I spent a long time in therapy and searching for the best productivity tools…

The best thing that worked?

Leaning into my neurodivergence, changing my mindset to embrace my flaws instead of disowning them, and learning that other people feel the exact same way that I do.

Two of the biggest things that I learned are:

  1. Plan my day around my energy shifts. I love the early mornings and seeing the sun come up, but I also love working from 4pm-11pm.

  2. ADHD doesn’t mean that you LACK attention, it’s that you lack DOPAMINE. When you leave a task unfinished, it’s not because you didn’t have enough attention to finish “the thing,” it’s because that task wasn’t supplying you with enough dopamine.

Knowing those two things has changed the way I work with others for the better.

What I Believe In

Black lives matter.

Trans rights are human rights.

Women’s right are human rights.

Disability rights are human rights.

Humans are not illegal.

Science is real.

Vaccines do not cause autism.

Access to healthcare is a human right.

Access to food is a human right.

Access to housing is a human right.

Love is love.

You’re not “less than” because you look different.

You’re not “less than” because you can’t do as much.

You belong in every room that you enter.

You have a lot to offer.

You are allowed to make mistakes.

You are allowed to take breaks.

You are deserving of every opportunity that is presented to you.

the TL,DR (too long, didn’t read):

I want your course to be fully booked!
I want your notifications to be popping OFF!
I want your inbox to be empty!
I want your follower count to go up, up, UP!

I want ALL of those things for you and more!

I want you to succeed - and that starts with getting tasks off of your plate.

Let’s do this, together.
